What should I do if I fill in the wrong booking information?
Generally, we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the reservation information. If you have any questions, you can correct them in our contact. If the wrong information you filled in is a contact method such as phone number or email, you can directly fill in a new one. Make a reservation and explain it in the note.
What should I do if I cannot checkout after filling in the information after choosing a reservation?
After you choose to book, fill in the information, and click “Next”, you will find that you do not go to the checkout, but return to the previous page. This means that the previous time period has been booked and you need to reselect the time period.
Want to delete previously submitted information?
Generally speaking, your information is only used when we provide services. It will not appear on the Internet or in any public place. All information will only be used when we need to connect with you; if you insist on To delete records related to you, please contact us via email ( wyeunghkcpa@hotmail.com ) and we will delete them for you after confirmation.
What should I do if the content cannot be loaded when using our app?
Please confirm that your network is normal. In addition, this app needs to use the network. If you install it newly, you will generally be prompted to grant network access permissions. This is necessary.
Want more services?
Currently, we provide booking services for many of our existing services in the app. If you want our app to be richer, we will consider it. Due to the complexity of the consulting services, we are currently unable to provide booking services in the app. Detailed docking guidance is provided for each service, so currently only reservations for services are provided.
Want to book services through other methods?
Of course, you can contact our email directly, but I still recommend you to use our app first, because it is more convenient and stable.
